For Care Seekers

Mental health struggles can be overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. There are numerous free resources available to support your wellbeing and help you stay out of the hospital. Other than psychotherapy, coping skills, online support groups, crisis hotlines, and mutual aid projects can provide accessible ways to connect with others and manage emotional distress.

For Care Workers

The mental health industry has become increasingly commodified, prioritizing productivity and profit over the well-being of both care providers and those seeking care. This relentless focus on efficiency and output has created an environment that makes it exceptionally challenging for care workers to thrive and provide the high-quality, personalized care people deserve.

Overburdened with heavy caseloads, stringent time constraints, and mounting administrative tasks, or alternatively not able to provide care to those most in need in private practice due to financial barriers and debt, many psych workers find themselves struggling to maintain their own mental and emotional equilibrium. This untenable situation not only compromises our ability to deliver transformative care but also heightens the risk of burnout, compassion fatigue, and job dissatisfaction within the field.
